What do you want participants to know about how seriously Kalliopi Support Services takes their feedback and complaints?
All feedback is constructive, regardless of who the staff member is, we will investigate and make the necessary changes. As a consumer, you will be made aware of the status should you wish to know.
Can you share a story where feedback or a complaint actually helped you improve your services?
We once had a participant who was too nervous to tell us that she wanted a support worker who was assigned for cleaning to instead take her out. This came across in a welfare check call. The client then opened up about how she would like more than one type of service and assumed because of the service agreement she couldn't change. We made an addendum and put in a few more service options. Now she is happy as she is going out and about with her staff members and getting her goals reached.
