We provide referrals to trusted allied health professionals who have extensive experience in a range of complex situations. Our expertise includes navigating the justice system, managing degenerative conditions, finding suitable housing solutions, and accessing assistive technology.
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners and Therapeutic Supports
Working directly with our participants, families and their network to create positive outcomes in a neuro- affirming fashion.
With a team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Counsellors, Social Workers and Psychologists we are prepared to support in numerous situations.
Supported Independent Living
The support within your environment or in our dedicated home. We follow your needs to create an environment that is safe and nurturing as your forever home.
