Empowering Participants Through Support Coordination

At Kalliopi Support Services, we are committed to empowering participants to take control of their NDIS plans and live fulfilling lives. After a referral, our support coordination services focus on:

Supporting the participant and their family through all aspects of their plan.
Offering flexible support, stepping back to focus on plan maintenance if desired.
Providing services such as home visits, consultations with allied health professionals and medical parties, and data gathering from support staff.

Our goal is to provide the guidance and resources participants need to make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
